
This bedtime story program gently supports children as they fall asleep through calming stories designed to build self-confidence, emotional understanding, and a sense of inner safety. Each story uses soothing language and guided imagination to help children relax, make sense of their feelings, and settle their bodies in a natural, comforting way.
Through nightly repetition over 30 days, children begin to internalize messages of self-trust, calm, and capability, learning that their feelings are safe and manageable. This program is a gentle, story-based experience designed to support children ages 3–5 as they build confidence, emotional awareness, and calm from the inside out.
